Office Assistant (Finance & Reception)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who has experience of covering the Reception - front of house area and also can support the Finance team. This is a lovely varied role which will work 3 days a week covering Reception and the other 2 days of the week will be supporting finance with Accounts Payable, processing invoices, payments etc.

Location: Office based, due to rural location own transport required. Parking onsite

Hours: 8.30am-5pm

Finance and Receptionist duties:
• Answering the phones and diverting calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Sending PO's to suppliers
• Credit card transactions
• Signing for deliveries and post
• Covering the front of house area - reception cover Skills and experience:
• Proven office support / accounts assistant / receptionist skills and experience as well as working in a similar office assistant type role with finance duties
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Good IT skills including MS Excel
