Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager / Regional Operations Lead to take charge of our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a high-performing sales and support team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and lead the Dubai office as the main regional hub for sales and customer support.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Oversee operational workflows and ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with our London HQ to align business objectives and performance.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate client data and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, team performance, and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
• Handle administrative and HR-related duties as required to maintain efficient office operations.
Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in management, operations, or team-building roles.
• Proven track record in building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
• Experience in FoodTech, SaaS, or POS systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional operations.
