Manage and organize correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper handling of sensitive information.Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes to ensure clarity and accountability.Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders to prevent disruptions in daily operations.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, employing software tools to enhance visual appeal and clarity. A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for an associate's degree in business administration or related field.At least 2 years of relevant office experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a strong advantage for communication purposes.
