Key ResponsibilitiesActively identify and engage potential clients in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.Promote and sell advertising services, including outdoor media, branding, and creative marketing solutions.Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and target sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and after-sales support.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.Collaborate with the internal creative and operations team to ensure successful campaign delivery.Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and field visits.Requirements:3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or business development, preferably in the advertising/marketing industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client engagement.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi/UAE market is highly desirable.Valid UAE driving license (preferred).Must be based in the UAE, open to any nationality.Ability to develop and execute detailed business plans.Proficiency in English, Arabic, and other languages is a plus.
