Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service and inspiring donors

Schedule donation appointments and resolve customer service concerns while coding donor records appropriately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Graduate or GED required
One year of customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer skills required
Contact Center experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously in a repetitive role
