Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our caregiving team in Macon, Georgia. If you love helping seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their homes, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA) Location: Macon, GA Schedule:
• 4 hours per day
• Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:
• Current PCA/Caregiver experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently
• Successful completion of background check
