Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Medication Reminders
Act quickly in case of emergency
Observe any changes in a client and report it to the RN or Service Supervisor
Help with physical therapy exercises/ Range of motion
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 Years or older
Tuberculosis Scan
Home Safety
Drivers License/State ID
Ability to read, write, follow instructions and complete training or pass competency assessment, as appropriate, for understanding needs of population served
Attend 8 hours of personal care oriented in services per year
Provision of transportation services
Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward elderly care
