The Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our investment accounting & reporting SaaS platform for private equity and alternative investment clients.
You will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and finance, ensuring clients go live smoothly and realise the full value of the platform.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage timelines, stakeholders, data migrations, integrations, and post-go-live adoption.
What You’ll Do
• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementation projects for private equity, fund-of-funds, or alternative investment clients
• Own project plans, milestones, budgets, and governance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, onboarding, operations) to deliver complex, data-driven solutions
• Build strong relationships with COO/CFO-level stakeholders and their operational teams
• Manage data and reporting requirements, fund structures, investment workflows, and integrations
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into delivery actions
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on track
• Support clients through go-live and early adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success
What You’ll Bring
• 5–7+ years project management or onboarding experience in:
• Private equity / alternatives
• FinTech / investment tech
• SaaS platforms for financial services
• Strong understanding of fund structures, portfolio accounting, investor reporting, or private markets workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management — confident working with senior investment and operations leaders
• Highly organised, structured, and proactive problem-solver
• Comfort with data-heavy, process-driven implementations
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear project plans
