• Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages accurately
• Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Microsoft Office tools
• Perform data entry tasks with precision, including job costing and invoicing
• Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for customers and staff
• Support office management tasks with lead management and dispatching technician schedules
• Provide clerical support including photocopying, faxing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
• Guide marketing leads with social media management and coordinating posts
Skills
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
• Proven clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
• Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism
