What We Look For:
• Skills in overseeing and providing exceptional customer service leadership and training for all store employees.
• A proven ability to maintain high employee retention through identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Experience in implementing merchandising and marketing strategies effectively.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment while complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver's License from your state of residence with automotive liability insurance during employment.
• The capability to multi-task, along with responsibilities that include bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
