Retail Operations Manager

* Store Operations Management - Lead daily operations across multiple retail outlets ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.* Team Leadership & Development -Manage and mentor store managers and their teams to drive performance and engagement.* Sales & Performance Optimization - Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and profitability.* Inventory & Merchandising - Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory management across all stores and oversee visual merchandising standards * Champion customer satisfaction initiatives and handle escalated customer issues.* Ensure all stores comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.* Holding P&L responsibilities is a big advantage * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.* Min 8–10 years of progressive experience in retail operations, preferably in hypermarkets or large-format stores.* Proven expertise in managing categories such as pharma, beauty & skincare, or sports nutrition.* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.* Proficiency in retail management systems and data-driven decision-making.
