Help customers throughout the full car-buying process.Log every sales inquiry into the system and follow up regularly.Make sure customers have a smooth and satisfying buying experience.Work closely with your manager to achieve sales and profit targets.Guide customers through finance, insurance, and registration processes.Make sure full payment is received before releasing the car.Keep the showroom and displays neat and organized.Follow health, safety, and legal standards at all times.Use the dealer management system to track leads and activities.Support colleagues and collaborate to meet team goals. Education: Diploma in any field.Experience:1–3 years of experience in sales.Strong experience in dealing with customers and closing sales.Good at negotiating, especially with trade-ins and finance options.Skills:Excellent communication and customer service.Able to handle tough situations and solve problems.Knows how to use sales systems and track leads.Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude.Culturally aware and professional in all interactions.
