• Manage and process sales orders accurately, ensuring all details align with customer specifications and production capabilities.
• Coordinate with the production team to establish realistic delivery timelines and proactively communicate any potential delays to clients.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to address concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, tailoring content to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions, orders, and communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and upselling, maximizing revenue generation.
• Oversee the management of sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Coordinate and support sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
