We are hiring SPANISH SPEAKERS!We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Nova Luma Properties, a new and dynamic real estate company based in the UAE. As we prepare for this exciting journey, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead, build, and scale our sales operations. Our company will have a strong international focus, especially in Spain and Latin America, connecting global investors with the UAE’s booming real estate market.Role Overview
We are looking for proactive, motivated, and goal-driven professionals to handle property listings, generate leads, manage client portfolios, and close sales in both off-plan and secondary markets.ResponsibilitiesManage client inquiries and provide property consultations. Generate and convert leads through calls, online platforms, and networking.Conduct property tours and negotiate deals.Maintain updated listings and market knowledge.Build long-term client relationships. Coordinate with developers and internal teams. Requirements Experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Spanish is a must.
