Job Summary:
The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support the firm's overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational and administrative HR processes
• Review and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
• Promote a positive work environment and organisational culture
• Manage employee relations issues and recruitment processes
• Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
• Develop and refine HR systems, policies, and procedures
• Assist with administration and management of staff benefits
Requirements:
• Significant experience in senior HR roles
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
• CIPD Level 5 qualification essential
