Main Responsibilities:
• Budgeting and Planning: Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Hardware Support: Provide technical support for all hardware-related issues, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Software Support: Offer technical assistance for software-related problems, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and complete data capture, timely backup, and data warehousing/mining.
• Network Design: Design and implement optimal network infrastructure with adequate redundancy.
• IT Projects: Coordinate with corporate IT to plan and execute major IT projects related to Oracle ERP system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences/Certification in IT Applications from any accredited institute is essential.
• 4-5 years of experience in managing an IT operation is required.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, network infrastructure, and software systems is necessary.
