Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic, fully remote team.
In this critical role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management teams, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. As a remote-first professional, you will leverage digital tools to connect with employees and leadership across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. Provide expert advice and coaching on talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's values and ensure legal compliance. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies through effective communication and program development. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience. Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and inform decision-making. Facilitate organizational development and change management initiatives. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior capacity. Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law. Experience managing remote teams and fostering engagement in a virtual environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting. High level of integrity and discretion.
