The Opportuni
tyWe are looking for a Site Electrician to join our team at Westleigh Quarry, maintaining a wide variety of site equipment and infrastructure. This hands-on role gives you responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the site. You’ll work independently on-site, supported by a collaborative team and regional electrical support, with opportunities to develop from a domestic electrician background into a fully qualified industrial engineer rol
e.
Covering a Monday-Friday rotating days & afternoons, you’ll be central to fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement, helping to ensure operations run safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of critical site syste
ms.

• oingCarrying out electrical PPM and breakdown work to keep plant and equipment running efficien
• tly.Diagnosing faults and working with production staff and regional engineers to resolve issues promp
• tly.Ensuring the correct spares are available on-site for critical breakdo
• wns.Performing risk assessments, permits to work, and supervising contractors where requi
• red.Maintaining technical diagrams, site ESMS, and ensuring ISO 9001 and 14001 standards are
• met.Planning upgrades or replacements for out-of-specification or obsolete equipm
ent.
