What’s the role?
We’re opening a new restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2 in Q1 2026!

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of our brand-new opening. In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of the operation, building and inspiring a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring every detail reflects the brand. From team development to operational excellence, you’ll create a vibrant, welcoming environment that makes every visit memorable.

Main Duties:
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to optimise profitability, drive sales, and maintain high standards.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a strong team culture, providing coaching and development.
• Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Financial Management: Take accountability for P&L, stock control, labour management, and payroll.
• Compliance: Ensure food safety, health & safety, and brand standards are met.

The right candidate will:
• Have proven experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality sector (minimum 3 years)
• Be passionate about leading and developing teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock, and payroll.
• Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• Be enthusiastic about creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards.

Right to Work in the UK

Candidates must have a valid Right to Work in the UK. This can be demonstrated through one of the following:
• A valid UK passport.
• An original UK birth certificate accompanied by your National Insurance number.
• For non-British nationals, a share code and date of birth to verify your immigration status via the UK Government’s online Right to Work checking service.

Security Pass Requirements: As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
