Store Manager – Full-Time (Lincoln Location)
Are you a motivated, customer-focused leader passionate about vaping and retail? We’re looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to lead one of our established retail stores in the Lincoln Area.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a growing industry. You’ll be the face of the store, leading a small team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Customer Experience - Providing expert product advice and delivering top-tier service.
• Sales & KPIs - Driving performance and hitting store targets.
• Team Leadership - Supporting, developing, and motivating your team.
• Stock Management - Handling deliveries, stock takes, merchandising, and compliance.
• Operations - Managing daily routines, including cash handling and store opening/closing.
• Scheduling - Planning rotas and managing staff hours.
• Store Standards - Ensuring the store is always clean, compliant, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For
• Retail Management Experience - Essential for this role.
• Vaping Knowledge - Confident in discussing e-liquids, devices, batteries, and safety.
• Sales Drive - Proven ability to deliver strong results through excellent service.
• Stock & Cash Handling - Comfortable with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Independence & Responsibility - Confident in running a store without constant supervision.
The Offer
• Hourly Rate: £13.50
• Contract: Full-time, 40+ hours per week (includes weekend shifts)
• Training: Full training provided

Schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
Preferred Experience
• 1 year in a retail management or senior sales role (preferred)
