Oversee daily store operations including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. Supervise and train service and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to food safety protocols. Ensure food is prepared and served according to brand standards and hygiene requirements. Manage staff rosters, shift scheduling, attendance, and performance. Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Maintain inventory levels; conduct daily/weekly stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment. Enforce compliance with Dubai Municipality, food safety, and HACCP standards. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and QSR operational protocols.b Drive sales and implement upselling strategies at the counter. Prepare daily sales reports and assist with monthly P&L analysis and store performance reviews. Age: 27 – 40 years Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior staff role at a fried chicken, broasted chicken, or similar QSR outlet. Languages: Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi Preferred: Basic knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog
