Procurement Strategist
A highly skilled Procurement Strategist will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive procurement strategies across the entire supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain effective procurement processes to ensure optimal value for money and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored purchasing and supply strategies that meet business needs.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyse market trends and assess their impact on procurement operations.
Requirements:
• Senior experience in purchasing or procurement within FMCG.
• Certification from a reputable professional body such as CIPS, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and IT skills.
