Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 (pro rata)
Actual Salary: £19,749.60 - £27,211.20 per annum
3 days FTE 0.6 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our EYFS team. The successful candidate will:
• Teach a class of mixed Pre-school and Reception children.
• Maintain a high-quality, stimulating, and enabling learning environment to promote children’s best start in EYFS.
• Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the EYFS framework to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment to promote progress towards the seven areas of learning.
• Use observation, assessment and feedback effectively to inform next steps and ensure strong progress for all pupils
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
• In conjunction with our Forest School Leader, ensure pre-school and reception children have opportunities to experience outdoor learning and under their direction, Forest School, to ensure all pupils benefit and access sessions.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and strategic priorities for school improvement in line with the School Development Plan.
• Uphold our school values and motto: “Shaping Bright Futures Together.”
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and external agencies.
• Have experience of using the Little Wandle phonics scheme.
