Turkish Speaking Temporary Paralegal
International law firm requires a new Turkish Speaking Temporary Paralegal to directly with a Partner and his team on an urgent Commercial Litigation matter, this role will be to start asap and up until/beyond the trial which is next year… you will get tremendous quality work and there is even the possibility this role could move temp-to-perm.
• This firm hires their Trainees from their Paralegal group
• To £40,000 pro rata
• Immediate Start
• 9am to 6pm
• Office based 5 days a week
Turkish Speaking Temporary Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
• Providing assistance in the preparation of legal documents; research and compilation of data from various legal references as well as the maintenance of case files
• Gathering, organising, summarising and indexing documents/chronologies for the case which can be fact/document heavy
• Drafting correspondence, disclosure requests and responses and other related documents as well as preparing and maintaining documents and bundles to be used at the hearing and proceeding (hard copies and soft copy PDFs, including pagination)
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties and making regular trips to court to file documents, taking notes of hearings and tracking the case
Turkish Speaking Temporary Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
• A 2:1 law degree; or similar qualification if equivalent standing with GDL/SQE1
• A-Levels of at least B,B,B or better
• Fluent Turkish and English language skills
• Previous litigation paralegal experience is essential, with at least 6 months at law firm
• Strong technical skills in all Microsoft Office and Internet applications
