Pertemps Reading are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy client, based in Thatcham.Day and Night Shift positions available!DAY SHIFT - Monday to Friday: £12.73 ph/Overtime £13.25 ph - Weekends: £13.82 ph/Overtime £14.95 phNIGHT SHIFT - Monday to Friday: £13.82 ph/Overtime £14.95 ph - Weekends: £14.94 ph/Overtime £16.08 phAs a Warehouse Operative you will be:- Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket- Working in a chilled and ambient environment- Breaking down and allocating goods- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager- Other duties which may include heavy liftingThe ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided- Must have good attention to detail- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable and flexible- Ability to work under pressure, and to meet deadlines- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendanceAdditional Information - Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.- Xmas Bonus rate enhancements, potential extra £800 earnings in December on top of pay rates.- Day Shift 10:00 - (Finish time can vary between 15:00-18:00)- Night Shift 18:00 - (Finish time can vary between 23:00 - 02:00)- Immediate Starts!- Free car parking- Subsidised staff canteenIf you are interested in this Warehouse Operative role, please apply now!
