We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a well-established primary school in Kettering from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher to join a supportive team and take responsibility for a friendly, motivated Year 3 class.

The Role:
Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Work collaboratively with the year group and wider teaching team
Assess pupils' progress and provide effective feedback
Create a positive, safe and inspiring classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching
Confident classroom management
A motivated, professional and child-centred approach
