Engineering is organised into cross-functional squads, each pairing developers with a designer and a delivery lead. The company works primarily in TypeScript and Python, with cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Hiring covers front-end and back-end engineering, platform and DevOps, product design and delivery management. The company operates a hybrid model with two days a week in the Manchester office.
