By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
2. What this service is
This site is a directory of job listings. We gather publicly available job postings and company information and present them in a searchable format.
We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any employment relationship. We do not screen candidates, process applications, or make hiring decisions. We do not sell any product or service, and we do not charge anyone for using this site.
2a. No affiliation with the companies listed
We have no partnership, sponsorship, agency, endorsement or other relationship with any company appearing on this site, unless we say so explicitly on the page itself.
Company names, logos, trade names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They appear here for one reason only: to identify the employer behind a listing. Their presence does not mean the company knows about this site, approves of it, or has any connection to it.
Nothing on this site should be read as us speaking for a company, or a company speaking through us.
2b. We never ask you for money
Using this site is free, and it will stay free. We do not charge fees, subscriptions, deposits, or commission, and we do not ask for payment or anything else of value in return for access, listings, ranking, introductions or any other benefit.
Nobody acting for us will contact you asking for money, bank details, card details, or copies of identity documents.
If you receive such a request in our name, it did not come from us. Do not pay it, do not send documents, and please tell us so we can investigate.
Separately, be aware that no legitimate employer charges applicants to apply, to interview, to train, or to process a visa. Treat any such demand as a warning sign, wherever you found the listing.
2c. Applicant ranks
This site offers an applicant ranking feature. It is a record on our own system and nothing more.
Claiming a rank means you have registered interest through this website, so that our own team can see who is interested in which employers. It is not a position in any company's application queue, it is not visible to that company, it does not reach their recruiters, and it gives you no priority, advantage or standing with them.
A rank does not constitute an application. To apply for a role you must still do so through the employer's own process, using the link on the listing.
Ranks carry no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be reset, renumbered or withdrawn at any time.
3. Accuracy of listings
Listings are gathered from third-party sources and employer websites. We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is current, complete or accurate.
A role may be filled, changed or withdrawn without us being notified. Salary figures, locations and job titles reflect what was published at the source and may not match the employer's final terms.
Always verify details with the employer before acting on them.
4. Applying for jobs
Applications are made directly to the employer through the link on each listing. We do not receive, store or forward applications made this way.
You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer, and for satisfying yourself that a role and an employer are genuine before sharing personal information.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this site to search and view listings for your own job seeking, and to research companies.
You may not:
- Copy, scrape or systematically extract listings or company data
- Use automated tools to access the site at a rate that affects its operation
- Republish our content on another site or service
- Attempt to gain access to systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to reach
- Use the site to send unsolicited messages or to collect contact details for marketing
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
6. Company pages and logos
Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are shown to identify the employer behind a listing and are used for that purpose alone. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with, or relationship to this site.
We claim no rights in any third-party mark shown here.
If you represent a company and want its page corrected or removed, contact us from a company address and we will action it.
7. Third-party links
Listings link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or anything that happens once you leave this site.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from:
- Reliance on information published on this site
- Any dealings between you and an employer or third party
- Any interruption to, or unavailability of, the site
- Any loss of data, profit, opportunity or employment
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Recruitment fraud
Be cautious of anyone requesting payment in connection with a job application. Legitimate employers do not charge applicants fees for applications, interviews, training or visa processing.
To repeat what section 2b says, because it matters: we never ask you for money or anything of value, and anyone doing so in our name is not us.
We are not responsible for losses arising from fraudulent listings or from anyone impersonating us, but we will remove any listing we are told about and act on any impersonation reported to us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
