Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and busy office team. This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales administration and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has a creative flair. Key Responsibilities Handling customer telephone enquiries and sales orders in a professional and friendly manner. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Preparing and issuing sales order confirmations. Planning, creating and scheduling engaging social media content across our platforms. Writing and publishing informative website blogs to improve SEO and online visibility. Supporting the wider team with general administrative and sales tasks as required. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks. Has excellent written English and strong attention to detail. Enjoys creating engaging marketing content. Is confident using Microsoft Office. Has experience managing business social media accounts. Experience using WordPress is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates. For part-time applicants, the minimum working pattern is 8:00am or 9:00am until 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.
