Sales Director - Ecommerce Platform Salary - £90,000 - £110,000 + Double OTE + Equity London / Hybrid The Company: We're working with a market-leading agentic ecommerce platformHelping some of the world's biggest brands transform digital marketing, ecommerce and customer growth.With 500+ employees globally, the business is going through an exciting period of growth as it evolves into an agentic AI platform for global brandsThey're now looking for a Sales Director to join their EMEA sales team and drive significant net-new enterprise revenue across the region The Role You'll own the full sales cycle across EMEAFrom account strategy and pipeline generation (with SDR and Marketing support)Closing complex, high-value enterprise dealsA key part of the role will be engaging senior marketing stakeholders around AI, automation, data and agentic workflowsHelping businesses understand where to build capabilities internally and where to partner with a proven platform What you'll be doing Own a significant net-new revenue target across EMEABuild relationships with senior stakeholders across major brandsDevelop strategic account plans and generate new businessLead complex, consultative sales processes through to closeLead conversations around AI, agentic marketing and ecommercePartner with Client Success to develop long-term customer relationshipsManage forecasting, pipeline and account strategy What we're looking for 5 years' experience in selling Martech / Retail Media or EcommerceStrong track record selling into enterprise brands, advertisers or marketing teamsProven net-new business experienceExperience selling to C-suite and senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial, commercially minded and genuinely curious Sphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
