What You’ll Be Doing As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people during the times they often need it most, evenings and weekends. Your visits may include Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Helping clients settle in for the evening or start their day on weekends Assisting with safe movement and mobility Preparing light meals, drinks, or evening routines Providing companionship, sometimes a chat is everything Supporting independence and daily routines Assisting with medication Completing short care notes after each visit No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.
