HGV Driver Trainer

Company Description Rexel is looking for an experienced and proactive HGV Driver Trainer to join our Aylesbury Distribution Centre & Wider Supply Chain Network. This is a Monday to Friday role, with expectations to be flexible across AM, PM & Night shifts. This role is ideal for someone with strong HGV driving experience who is passionate about driver development, operational safety and compliance. You’ll play a key part in supporting our transport operation by delivering inductions, driver assessments, branch & risk assessments, ongoing training and performance support. Why join Rexel? Working closely with the transport team, you’ll support day-to-day operation through coaching, monitoring performance, and providing retraining where needed.
