We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter who is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, supporting chefs, and helping to keep service running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery, and equipment are washed, cleaned, and ready for use during busy service Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and tidy throughout the shift, including pot wash and deep cleaning tasks Supporting basic food preparation when required, helping the chefs keep service moving efficiently Managing waste disposal, recycling, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storing goods safely and correctly Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times Working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, bringing energy, reliability, and a positive “can do” attitude What’s In It For You?
