BREAKFAST WAITER 39 hours, 5 days per week (5:30am start time) We’re looking for a Breakfast Waiter to join our iconic Breakfast team. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. As a Breakfast Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for: Demonstrating excellent food and beverage knowledge of the breakfast menu items Taking food and beverage orders from guests Achieving guest satisfaction through high quality service Ensuring that your station is stocked and tidy at all times, and ensuring that mis-en-place levels are kept up to standards As a Breakfast Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts will be starting at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays). To be a successful Breakfast Waiter candidate, you will ideally have previous experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for hospitality and providing excellent service.
