About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people. Role Purpose: Join the team at Coda, the award-winning restaurant within the iconic Royal Albert Hall, and be part of delivering exceptional dining experiences in one of London's most prestigious venues. What You'll Be Doing Providing outstanding table service and ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experienceCreating a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests at all timesWorking collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service in a busy restaurant environmentMaintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail throughout serviceBuilding strong product knowledge to confidently assist guests with menu recommendations and enquiries What We're Looking For Previous experience in a waiting, food service or hospitality roleEssential hospitality experience with a strong customer focused approachExcellent communication skills and a confident command of EnglishA positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and developThe ability to remain calm, professional and organised in a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Good to Know Pay is up to 15.30 per hour, depending on experience, with excellent opportunities for career progression within a well-established hospitality business.
