You will be passionate about everything that is food and have an eye for detail for every scrumptious plate you prepare. Additionally, working as part of a dedicated team member and showing full commitment is crucial to the success of this role. Work structure: Opens 7 days per week, lunch and dinner 3 doubles and 2 short shifts per week 2 days off Responsibilities: Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experienceMaintain a clean and organised workstation at all timesStock control and management awarenessWork effectively as part of a Team, collaborating with other Chefs to ensure a smooth serviceContribute to the development of new dishes and menu conceptsAdhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.Qualifications: Proven experience in your capacity in a well-established Hospitality venueAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCommitment to delivering exceptional qualityProficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a teamKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Start Date: Immediate start Must have the Rights to work and live in the UK without restrictions as we do not provide sponsorships.
