Site Manager – Nottingham Up to £60,000 + Car + Bonus + Package A well-established regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Nottingham. The company has a strong reputation for delivering public sector projects across the Midlands, with a growing pipeline of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking for a stable position with a respected contractor and genuine career progression. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractors and site operations Coordinating the programme and site logistics Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality Working closely with the Project Manager, client and consultants Managing site documentation, progress and snagging through to completion About You The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience with a main contractor, ideally delivering public sector projects such as schools, healthcare, education or local authority schemes. You should have strong communication and organisational skills, be confident managing subcontractors and have a proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.
