Registered Nurse (NMC) - Hybrid/Home-Based

Functional Assessor Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a challenge? At Maximus, we’re expanding our clinical team and looking for compassionate, confident nurses to join us as Functional Assessors. This is a hybrid office-based role, allowing you to work both from home and on-site in one of our assessment centres. You’ll conduct clinical assessments each day and produce evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). It’s a meaningful role that focuses on understanding how health conditions impact people’s daily lives, rather than providing hands-on care. We cannot offer sponsorship. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Empathy, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others make you a great fit, along with the confidence to work independently.
