Warehouse Operative - Day Shift - Plymouth£13.34 - £15.35 hourly rate plus great benefits (£13.34/hr base rate plus £2.01/hr weekend shift allowance) Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Permanent Day shift 6am – 2pm, 5 over 7 days including weekends The Co-op, Plymouth LSC, Newnham Ind Est, Bell Close, Plympton, PL7 4JH **Please check you can reliably commute to the warehouse before applying** We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Plymouth depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package. This is an active role where you'll work towards daily targets, so if you’d welcome the opportunity to get some exercise while you're on the clock, this could be the right job for you! What you'll do: Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipmentLoad and unload delivery vehicles with cages and palletsDistribute products to the correct location in the warehouseWork in a team to achieve key targets What you'll bring: The ability to comfortably perform manual tasksGood communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a teamThe ability to work towards targetsGood organisational skills Why Co-op?
