Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector (Sales Experience Required) Location: London Salary: £27k to £32k + commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for education and helping others find their perfect role? We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector, including primary, secondary and SEN schools Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients, using your sales skills to sell recruitment services effectively Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized solutions to their staffing needs Source, interview, and place qualified education professionals, ensuring a great match between candidates and clients Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to increase business opportunities and meet targets Manage the recruitment process from initial client inquiry through to candidate placement and aftercareSkills & Experience Required: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in recruitment or working in the education sector is highly desirable but not essential A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industryWhat We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based commission.
