Global Growth Marketing Manager (UK & DACH) — Equity

Mercanis is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to scale our presence globally. You will own the pipeline across markets, balancing outbound and inbound, and drive channel performance with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach. You’ll lead campaigns across UK, Ireland and DACH, then test new markets while collaborating with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Design and Content. This is a high-ownership, hybrid role with growth potential and equity opportunities.
