Project Manager - D&B Commercial Fit-Out (Immediate Start Required) Location: London Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate / ASAP About the Company A market-leading design & build commercial fit-out contractor, recognised for delivering high-quality workplace environments across London. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running. Role Overview This is a key hire, requiring a proven Project Manager to take ownership of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be expected to step into live projects immediately and drive programme, cost and quality performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handoverTake full ownership of programme, budget, and project deliveryManage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughoutCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsMonitor and control project financials, including cost reporting and variationsProduce and manage construction programmesIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyEnsure all works are delivered to high quality standardsMaintain compliance with H&S and company proceduresChair site and client progress meetingsRequirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out / refurbishmentStrong background working for a D&B contractorTrack record delivering CAT A / CAT B office projectsAbility to manage projects from concept through to completionStrong commercial awareness and financial management capabilityExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentThe Person Intelligent, driven, and highly organisedProactive with a "whatever it takes" attitudeComfortable working at pace and managing multiple prioritiesStrong team player with excellent communication skillsNot afraid of hard work and committed to delivering resultsAdditional Information Office/site-based role (5 days per week)Competitive salary and packageImmediate opportunity to join a high-performing, market-leading team Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
