Family Associate Solicitor (3–5 PQE) – Buckinghamshire – Up to £75,000 + Benefits A highly regarded full-service regional law firm with a strong Thames Valley presence is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor / Associate in Buckinghamshire to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising a high-quality client base on complex and sensitive matters. You will work closely with a highly experienced Family Partner as part of a close-knit team, receiving hands-on mentoring and structured training across all key areas of family law. You will gain exposure to HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and private clients, with genuine scope for progression in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role: Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters with supervisionAdvising on divorce, financial remedy and private children workSupporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value and HNW casesDrafting court documents, applications and client correspondenceRepresenting clients at hearings and liaising with counsel where requiredBuilding strong and lasting client relationshipsSupporting business development and networking initiativesWorking collaboratively within a well-established multi-office team The Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE in family lawExperience handling privately funded family mattersStrong technical knowledge of divorce and financial remedy workConfident advocate or keen to develop advocacy experienceExcellent communication and client care skillsCommercially aware with a professional and empathetic approachAmbitious with a desire to progress within a growing teamStrong organisational skills and attention to detail The Benefits and How to Apply: Competitive basic salary up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and xmas closureDiscretionary bonus schemePrivate healthcarePension schemeDeath in service benefitParking available for fee earners Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone.
