About the CompanyOur client is an innovative technology business providing specialist services to organisations across the UK. Renowned for delivering industry-leading solutions and exceptional customer experiences, they are currently undergoing a period of internal change and transformation.
As a result, they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a short-term contract basis to provide additional support to the HR function during this busy period.
The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in employee relations. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and guidance while supporting change initiatives and ensuring HR best practice is maintained.
The successful candidate will be confident managing a varied caseload and building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across the businessManaging a range of employee relations cases, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability mattersSupporting managers through investigations, hearings and formal HR processesAdvising on employment legislation, company policies and HR best practiceAssisting with organisational change projects and internal restructuring activitiesSupporting consultation processes and ensuring compliance with employment law requirementsCoaching and guiding managers on people-related mattersSupporting recruitment activities where required, including interviewing and candidate selectionMonitoring employee wellbeing, engagement and retention initiativesReviewing and updating HR policies and proceduresProducing HR reports, metrics and management informationWorking collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an efficient and proactive HR serviceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
