Support Worker - Up to 35 hours Being a support worker is a role where you can make every day matter. About the role Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role. If you're caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting others to achieve the life they desire, then you could be who we are looking for! Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable. Join us and make every day matter!
