Right now, we're looking for kind-hearted, driven individuals to join our team as Support Workers. Whether you are an experienced Support Worker or new to health and social care and looking for a career change, we want to hear from you! We have full and part time roles available , so whatever you're looking for, there's an opportunity at Options for you. We support people in the following locations: Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton and Southport. Vacancies will vary depending on the location. Why Choose Us? Here's what you can look forward to when you join us: • Flexible hours - We offer a variety of shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, and sleep-ins (5-40 hour contracts available). • Competitive pay - £13.55 per hour, with premium days at time and a half. • Training & Development - Full training is provided, so even if you're new to this, we'll help you grow. Training both in person in our bespoke training suite and online. What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll be providing person-centred care that truly makes a difference. Every day will bring new opportunities to help people with disabilities live the life they choose. Your role will involve: • Enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals and full potential. • Building and respecting meaningful relationships in their lives. • Supporting with day-to-day tasks to foster independence. • Promoting and acting within the framework of Options beliefs. • Understanding and respecting the relationships that are important to the people we support. • Driving mobility-adapted vehicles to support the transportation needs of the people we support (not applicable for all vacancies). We're looking for individuals who: • Are passionate about helping others and driven by values. • Believe in treating every person with dignity and respect, no matter their ability. • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (not relevant for all roles) Having a license is important some positions as many people we support rely on their mobility cars to gain access to their local communities.
