As a Senior Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including Managing a team of Support WorkersProviding high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plansEncourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activitiesAccurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plansLiaise with health professionals and their familiesComplete supervisions and auditsTo ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
