Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their mental well-being.Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.Drive to various locations as required for home care assignments, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.Skills Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software systems.One years of experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently.A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
