Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 or 09:00 to 17:00

As an Administrator in our Employment, Skills and Training (EST) team, you’ll support the smooth delivery of our Restart Contract, helping colleagues and participants achieve meaningful outcomes that have a positive impact on communities.

What you’ll do as an Administrator
You’ll be entrusted to:
Deliver a high standard of customer service when supporting participants, learners and colleaguesManage reception duties, welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experienceMaintain accurate records and input data quickly and accurately across systemsMonitor shared inboxes and phone lines, responding to or escalating queries as appropriateManage petty cash in an accurate and timely waySupport coordination of training sessions, including booking rooms, tutors and learning materialsContribute to general office administration, facilities coordination and team activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in a front of house or administration roleGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage your workload effectivelyA proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Vetting and checks:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
This role also requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards.
