About The Role As a secondary supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, covering short-term and long-term assignments. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects (depending on specialism and experience). Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment. Follow lesson plans provided or adapt teaching to meet students’ needs. About You The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an experienced instructor with relevant experience. Have a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. Be committed to maintaining high teaching standards.
